With extensive experience in this area, our team is regularly advising on a number of diverse and complicated fund structures. We have a long history of structuring investment funds (both regulated and unregulated) particularly with regards to alternative asset classes from a regulatory and tax perspective as well as structuring underlying assets. Specifically, regulated vehicles include Société d’investissement en capital à risque (SICAR) and the updated ‘Specialized Investment Fund’ (SIF).

Our team undergoes activities ranging from drafting prospectuses and management agreements through to handling UCITs, SICAR and SIF registration. Our team will negotiate service providers’ contracts with custodian banks whilst also dealing with all central administration and compliance issues. Under the direction of Partners, François Pfister and Harold Parize, the team today works with major clients across the world.
