Frédéric became managing partner of Oostvogels Pfister Feyten in February 2009.
His key practice areas include taxation, mergers & acquisitions, financial products and structured finance. Frédéric has specialised in Luxembourg and international taxation for over 14 years and has broad advisory experience of structuring cross border transactions through Luxembourg. After practising law in Brussels, New York and Rotterdam, he headed NautaDutihl’s Luxembourg tax practice as equity partner. He is also a former associate of Loyens Loeff.
Frédéric graduated from the Free University of Brussels and the University of Louvain (KUL) and is a member of the Brussels and Luxembourg Bar. A Belgian national, Frédéric speaks English, Dutch, French and German.
